Hello, I purchased the 3 day pass for my family in March of 2020. Due to the pandemic, we were unable to use any of the days. How do I go about making a reservation to the park with out buying additional tickets? Will my passes still be valid? Thank You.

    Hi Andrea,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to send us your question.  With the announcement that Disneyland Resort will be reopening later this month, I bet you are just as excited as I am to get back to the "Happiest Place on Earth".

I am sorry you were unable to visit Disneyland Resort in March 2020, but I do have good news.  With the temporary closure most Theme Park Tickets had the expiration date automatically extended until December 16, 2021.  In order to make your Theme Park Reservations using your existing Theme Park Tickets, please follow these steps:

    1. Sign into your Disney Account.  If you haven't linked your Theme Park Tickets, under the "My Disneyland Tab" scroll down to "Link Tickets" and follow the prompts.
    2. Create your Party.  In order to do this, you will need to add valid Theme Park Tickets for every guest in your party to your account, using the Ticket number found on the back of the Theme Park Ticket.
    3. Select the day and the Theme Park you would like to visit.  If you are making Theme Park Reservations for multiple days, you will need to repeat this step.
    4. Confirm your Reservation.  Upon confirmation you will receive an email with a QR code.  This QR code will need to be presented with your valid Theme Park Tickets when entering into the Theme Park.
Theme Park Reservations are currently being offered up until June 28, 2021 and more will be released on a rolling basis.  If the dates you are looking to visit aren't yet available be sure to check back frequently.  If you are unable to make your Theme Park Reservations using these steps, I recommend calling Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member who will be able to assist with your Theme Park Tickets.

I hope you will be back experiencing the magic of Disneyland Resort soon, Andrea.  If you have any other questions, please let us know, we are always happy to help.
