I have purchased a 2 day pass that I would like to use for California adventure on the first day and Disneyland on the second day. I purchased my tickets and I reserved a theme park reservation but it only lets me reserve one day. Please help!

A warm planDisney welcome to you, Fabiola!

I understand you have purchased a 2-Day Ticket with Admission to 1 Park Per Day and are experiencing difficulties with reserving your ticket dates. When you purchase your tickets through the Disneyland Resort website, you are prompted to select the dates you would like to visit for each day of your ticket. When you complete your purchase, Theme Park Reservations are created for the dates and parks you select.

To confirm your park reservations, visit the My Theme Park Reservations webpage. After logging in to the site, you should see your current reservations. In case you are missing a reservation, you can book a theme park reservation for your upcoming visit. Moreover, if you need to cancel or modify a reservation, you can also do so on this webpage.

Fabiola, if you are still unable to book a reservation, I recommend calling the Tickets phone line. A friendly Cast Member is happy to help you. Before calling, it is a good idea to have your Ticket Confirmation Number ready. You can find that information in the e-mail confirmation you received when you purchased your tickets.

Did you know that you can enter the parks, check attraction wait times, place Mobile Orders for food and drinks and so much more with the Disneyland App

I hope this helps, Fabiola. We can't wait to have you at the parks real soon!

    Your Pal,
    Alejandra
