Hi there, Dakota!
Thanks for stopping by
planDisney to ask us a
Disneyland Resort question. I’m sure we can help you find the information you’re searching for!
If you purchased your
theme park ticket online at
Disneyland.com or via the
Disneyland mobile app, search for your confirmation email. The subject line of the email I received after buying my tickets recently was “Disneyland Confirmation” along with a confirmation number in parentheses. This email should list the expiration date of your ticket. You can view your ticket by clicking “Access Your eTicket” near the top of the page. Your Disney eTicket can be scanned from a mobile device at the theme park entrances or you can print it out at home. The expiration date should also be printed on the ticket.
If you don’t have any luck locating your expiration date that way, you can speak to a Cast Member by calling (714) 781-4636 or use the chat function on
Disneyland.com or in the app. Don’t worry, Dakota! Even if it turns out your ticket has reached its expiration date, the price you paid for a completely unused theme park ticket can typically be applied as credit toward the purchase of a new ticket of equal or greater value.
I hope this helps, Dakota, and that you’re able to plan a visit to The Happiest Place on Earth really soon! Please don’t hesitate to
write back again with any other questions you can dream of.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
