I purchased (3) 3-day park-hopper passes, 1 of my daughters was unable to go and her pass expired 1/2023. We're wanting to get credit; is there a way to do this without waiting until we get there and talk to someone at the gate? We live out of state.

Hello Brigette, thank you for stopping by planDisney!

I'm sorry that your daughter was unable to join you on your trip, but not all is lost!  Wholly unused and expired Disneyland Resort tickets can be used towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket.  The new ticket purchase must be equal to or greater than the value of the original expired ticket.  I would call the Ticket Services line to speak with a Cast Member who should be able to assist.  I totally understand that you'd want to get this straightened out before your next trip, and I'm sending you all of the pixie dust that you're able to get it straightened out!

If you're planning on returning to the "Happiest Place on Earth" soon Brigette, I highly recommend checking out all of the Disney100 entertainment and nighttime spectaculars that are taking place as part of this special celebration.  We absolutely loved Wondrous Journeys that takes place at Disneyland Park, it takes you through an adventure of all of the Disney movies, stories, and characters that we've grown to love!  You can check-out which shows will take place each day in the Entertainment Schedule.

Best of luck getting your ticket straightened out Brigette, and if we can help with anything else, please do not hesitate to come back to planDisney!

    Have a magical day!
