Greetings, Spyros!
Welcome back to planDisney! I am delighted that you stopped with your theme park ticket question. I am sure your magical adventure will be here before you know it, so let's go over ticket activation and Lightning Lanes for Canadian Guests.
You are correct, Spyros! Guests using
special-offer tickets exclusive to Canada will need to show proof of ID when they arrive at Walt Disney World. But Hakuna Matata, friend! You will still be able to
make your Lighting Lane selections before your trip begins. Just be sure that your tickets are linked to your
My Disney Experience account, and you have made any
required theme park reservations before your booking window opens. I recommend checking these steps off your magical to-do list several days in advance, so you are able to book with ease when that window opens. Once you arrive, stop by any of the ticket windows located outside of the four theme parks to show your ID and get your tickets activated. You can also activate your tickets at the
Disney Ticket Center located in Disney Springs.
Pro tip: You can
purchase Memory Maker before you arrive for your best trip ever. Memory Maker is the perfect way to capture memories from your stay and make sure everyone is in the shot. And if you purchase Memory Maker at least three days in advance, you receive a special discount. You'll receive all your attraction photos,
special Magic Shots, and pictures taken by PhotoPass Photographers throughout the parks. It's a practically perfect souvenir.
We hope to see ya real soon!
