Hello and welcome to
planDisney, Patsy!
I’ll be more than happy to do what I can to help. Without knowing the specifics of your ticket, I do know that, typically, as long as the
tickets are whole and have not been used, you should be able to switch your visit to your next available date.
Usually, the 13 days are intended to be used once the first day of the ticket has been used. Again, if you haven’t used any days on your existing ticket, then you should be good to cancel and reschedule your
existing Theme Park Reservation past those 13 days.
I do hope you all can align your dates so that you can visit together. I love visiting the Theme Parks with my family. Some of my favorite memories include chatting in line while waiting for
attractions and just spending that extra time together. Other than using the
Disney mobile app, we all try to stay off of our phones to soak in our time together.
Disneyland Resort is our escape from the real world. It’s our favorite place to vacation, aside from
Walt Disney World Resort, and the one place we feel at
home.
I hope you and your sons get the chance to experience this feeling together. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. You are also able to give the
Ticket Service line a call at any time. A Cast Member will be able to go more in-depth about the specifics of your tickets.
Thanks again and we will see ya real soon!
