Hi Tina, welcome to planDisney!
Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is sure to be full of magic moments. There's truly more to see than can ever be seen at the parks, but you'll be able to do a lot in 14 days! You could even watch EPCOT's new nighttime spectacular
Harmonious from a different country each night and still have days to spare. More realistically, you can experience your favorite attractions multiple times and add on
Enchanting Extras Collection experiences like a fireworks dessert party or, my favorite, Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour.
Valid admission, a theme park reservation for each park day, and a method of entry (MagicBand, admission card, or Disney MagicMobile pass) are currently required for park entry. I'm sorry to hear about your park pass Stitch-uation. I was on the phone with a Cast Member just last week and the call took a bit longer than expected due to technical difficulties on her end. "It happens to you, too?!" I said, which prompted a shared laugh. Technical difficulties happen to everyone, but that doesn't make them any less frustrating. Let's see if I can provide some information that will help you do the next right thing.
Park pass reservations are made online via the
Disney Park Pass system. You can make a theme park reservation for up to 12 members of your
Family and Friends list at a time. When you're finished making a theme park reservation, a confirmation screen appears but there is no confirmation number or email like you would receive for a dining reservation. You should, however, see the park pass reservation automagically appear under the "My Itinerary" tab if you scroll down on the My Plans page of your My Disney Experience account. Park pass reservations also appear on the My Disney Experience mobile app (three small lines at the bottom right of the home screen --> Future Plans).
I understand three park pass reservations are currently appearing in your My Disney Experience mobile app, Tina, so you're definitely doing something right! Try restarting the app to see if any additional passes populate. Another way to see if the park pass reservations went through is to try and make another park pass reservation for the same people on the same day. If the first attempt went through, the website will say you already have a Disney Park Pass for this park. If you see that message, the reservation should appear in your My Disney Experience account soon. If you do not see that message, I'm afraid you'll have to rebook those park pass reservations. If that's the case, I recommend booking one or two days at a time and confirming their presence in your My Disney Experience account before making additional park pass reservations. If the problem persists, you may need the assistance of a helpful Cast Member at the
Technical and Website Support number.
Keep those questions coming, Tina. PlanDisney is hEAR to see you through your entire vacation countdown.
Choose magic,
Jennifer
