    i purchased 2 day park passes at safeway for 2019 xmas we were able to use them last year and i am trying to book our trip who can i get information from about using these passes i have the activation receipt both passes please help

    Thanks for stopping by planDisney to ask a Disneyland Resort question. I’m sorry your travel plans were canceled last year, but it sounds like you’re ready to make up for lost time with a magical vacation this fall!

    The great news is that most theme park ticket expiration dates were extended due to the theme park closures, and I bet the tickets you have are included in that extension. Unused tickets that originally expired on December 30, 2020 or March 31, 2021 now have an expiration date of December 16, 2021. You should be able to link the tickets to your account on Disneyland.com or with the Disneyland mobile app to confirm their current expiration date and make your theme park reservations. However, if you have any issues linking the tickets, please call (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member who can assist you.
