Kowabunga, Christina! Welcome to planDisney! Let's hit the waves at the Walt Disney World Resort!
You'll be hanging ten at Walt Disney World just one week from today! I bet you're excited to hit the theme parks and then make a splash at the water park. It sounds like you've got lots of fun on tap!
Since you added the
Water Park and Sports Option onto your 3-Day ticket, you can visit
one theme park per day PLUS a total of three visits to any of the following:
- Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park
- Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course – FootGolf
- Disney's Oak Trail Golf Course (Greens fees only)
- Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course (prior to 4 p.m.)
(This option would also include Disney’s Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, NBA Experience, and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, but all are currently still closed as of this writing.)
So, if you'd like to spend a day at
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, you can do that and still visit a theme park on the same day! Your water park day counts as one of your three visits, meaning you'd still have two more - you could even go to the water park every day if you like!
Just remember you need to make a
Disney Park Pass reservation for the theme parks you plan to visit each day.
That week looks like it has lots of availability, so I'd hop on and make those reservations as soon as you can!
As for MagicBands, if you're staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you should have had the option to purchase bands for a discounted price. If you didn't purchase them, not to worry. All you need are
Admission Cards that you can pick up at any
Guest Relations location, and you're good to go!
I'm so excited for your vacation to begin, Christina! Have a splash-tastic time, and please come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
