    I have purchased 7 day park hoppers with a Travel Agent, and the reference they have given me is not working on My Disney Experience when i try to link the tickets. I have called Disney but have struggled to speak to anyone. I require assistance.

    As the current UK Panelist here at planDisney, it really is a delight for me to welcome you here today!  I truly do enjoy having the pixie-dusted opportunity of helping another British Guest with their jolly holiday plans to visit with Mickey Mouse at Walt Disney World Resort.

    I believe the Disney Theme Park Tickets you may have purchased through a Travel Agent are perhaps the 7-day UK Ultimate Tickets which do indeed include the Park Hopping element!

    Anthony, you will need to return to your Travel Agent to gain the correct eTicket ID code to enable you to link your 7-day Ultimate Ticket to your My Disney Experience account.  Successfully linking your 7-day Ultimate Ticket will, in turn, enable you to go ahead and make those all-important Disney Park Pass reservations for your February 2022 holiday to Walt Disney World Resort.

    It may be useful for you to know that when Guests purchase Ultimate Tickets direct from the Walt Disney Travel Company, they are provided with an email confirmation that includes a Will Call voucher which contains the important eTicket ID number to link to My Disney Experience.

    Hopefully, with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust, your lovely Travel Agent should easily be able to provide your correct eTicket ID number, and perhaps even offer some further assistance in linking your 7-day Ultimate Tickets to your My Disney Experience account.

    If you are still experiencing any difficulties at all, it's always possible to speak in person with a Cast Member by dialling the UK freephone number for Website & Technical Support contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.  Prior to calling, you'll want to be sure to have any relevant information that your Travel Agent has already provided close to hand.  

    Or, you may wish to try connecting with a Cast Member via the Chat With Us feature found on the My Disney Experience Mobile App once it's downloaded onto your smart device.  This function can be found by logging into the App, and selecting the 3 horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand side of your screen, this will open a new page where you'll need to scroll down until you see the Chat With Us box.
