I purchased 7 day park hoppers online. Once at WDW, we upgraded to annual passes. I since noticed that the expiration on our APs is November 13th, which is apparently when I purchased the 7 day PH voucher. Is that correct or should it be from when used?

Ruth, welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Annual passes begin at the first entry into any of the four Walt Disney World theme parks and expire 364 days later.  In your particular case, the date of purchase on the 7-day park hopper should not effect your annual pass unless you entered any of the four Walt Disney World theme parks prior to upgrading.  My fellow panelists, Kimberly and Stephanie, have some helpful information on this as well.  I love being an annual pass holder with the freedom to park hop and schedule FastPass+ reservations in advance.  Please let me know if I can be of further help.

    Enjoy making many Magical Moments!
