    I have purchased 3 day park hopper with water park option and want to upgrade to the 5 day park hopper. Is this able to be done online prior to your visit? Thanks

    Hi Ana,

    At this time, you are only able to upgrade Walt Disney World tickets once you are on site. They are unable to be upgraded online. According to the Ticket Upgrade Frequently Asked Questions, 

    "Ticket upgrades must be made in person at any of the following locations at Walt Disney World Resort:
    • Ticket windows at theme parks and water parks
    • Concierge desks at Disney Resort Hotels
    • Guest Relations at the Downtown Disney Area"
