    I purchased 7-day park hopper tickets for our upcoming trip. We plan on upgrading to annual passes once we arrive at the parks. If I already made Fastpass+ selections on the 7-day tickets, will those selections transfer to the new annual pass?”

    I’m so glad you stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. How fun that you’re getting ready to become an Annual Passholder. As a fellow AP myself, let me go ahead and welcome you to the coolest club in the world! You will love being a Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholder. Not only will you be able to visit more often, you will also be able to benefit from all the wonderful added perks you will receive as an AP. Right now, to commemorate the 45th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort, you can enjoy 20% off of select merchandise and many wonderful Dining locations throughout the resort. Pretty cool, huh? 

    You’ll be glad to know that your FastPass+ reservations will not be affected when you upgrade your tickets. Those are safely kept in your account on My Disney Experience. The account will notice the change in your ticket, but the FastPass+ will remain intact. 

    A quick tip: if you’re staying on Disney property, you can start making those FastPass+ reservations 60 days in advance. 30 days if you’re staying offsite. And don’t forget that once you use your third FP+ during your stay, you can book additional FP+ for other attractions depending on their availability.
