    Hi I had purchased the 4 of the 3 day park hopper tickets last year in March I believe and was only able to use 2 of the 3 days due to covid closure. what can i have done?? Ive missed place my tickets but purchased online through my bank. what can be done

    I am so sorry you are having issues finding your purchased Disneyland Theme Park Tickets. My recommendation would be to call 714-781-4636 and speak to a very helpful Cast Member. The great thing is that a Cast Member will then be able to open your My Disneyland Account to find your tickets. From there, you will be one step closer to experience the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH with your family! WOO HOO!

    Now, I want to let you know that there has been a longer-than-normal wait time for the past few months when calling a Cast Member in Ticket Services. To save you time, I have found that the wait time is much less when you call in the evening, as opposed to calling in the morning or afternoon. 

    Mickey Mouse and his friends have been working really hard on the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, and we don't want you to miss a THING! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information.
