I purchased 3-1day park hopper tickets and it said I canceled them therefore I upgraded and I purchased 3-2 day park hopper tickets. Please let me know how I can get the original tickets refunded.

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Maggie!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are honored to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! We know you are going to have the most MAGICAL time ever!

From your question, it sounds like you purchased two sets of Disneyland Theme Park Tickets. If this is the case, I want to let you know that theme park tickets are nonrefundable. HOWEVER, I do have a possible solution for you. Go ahead and use your upgraded park hopper tickets for your upcoming trip. For your next trip, you can then use your original tickets for your next trip. Even if you can't use your tickets before the expiration date, you can use the value of these tickets to purchase new tickets. If you want to increase the number of days on your tickets, you can always do this at a Disneyland Ticket Booth once you arrive to the Disneyland Resort.

I hope this information helps you in your planning! As you know exciting announcements are being made all of the time at the Disneyland Resort, and we don't want you to miss a thing! That is why I recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
