We purchased the 4 day park hopper passes, and we are unable to link the passes to make reservations for a park. We've only used them once. When I enter the number on the tickets, they say they are invalid.

    Hi, there!

Welcome to planDisney, Morgan. We're so glad you stopped by!

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some difficulty making Theme Park Reservations. Technical issues certainly aren't magical! Not knowing when you used the first day of your tickets, I'm guessing that your tickets may have expired. Theme Park Tickets are valid for admission beginning on the selected start date at the time of purchase and then must be used within the valid use period. If you purchased a 4-day Theme Park Ticket with Park Hopper Option, the ticket expires 7 days after the selected start date. This may be why you needed to enter the number on the tickets; valid tickets that you've previously linked should still be linked to your My Disney Experience account.

I don't want you to worry! Call the Ticketing Team at (407) 566-4985. A Cast Member will be happy to assist you! Whether your tickets have expired or whether you're just experiencing a system glitch, the Ticketing Team will help you find a solution.

I hope this was helpful, Morgan. I'm wishing you pixie-dusted adventures in the theme parks real soon!
