While tickets are typically non-refundable and unable to be extended past their expiration date, I highly recommend talking to the Cast Member at the
Front Desk if you're staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel. If you're not staying on property, I suggest visiting a Guest Service location to explain your situation. While I cannot guarantee that they will have a solution for you, Dannae, I can guarantee that they will do their best to make sure you are satisfied with your care.
If you have already left, I recommend opening your
My Disney Experience Mobile App to enter the "Chat" feature. You can talk to a Cast Member there about your situation, and they may be able to give you some further assistance with your tickets.
