Hello, Angela! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for your question!
Many tickets purchased before the Disneyland Resort closed for the pandemic have had their expiration dates automatically extended. For example, unused non-promotional multi-day tickets that expired on January 12, 2021, now have an expiration date of December 16, 2021. You can see the new expiration dates for a variety of ticket types on the
"Theme Park Tickets and Reservations" page. Scroll down to the "Modifications and Cancellations" section. You can also check if your tickets are still valid by calling the Ticket Services line at (714) 781-4636.
If your tickets are good to go, you will want to link them to your Disneyland account by clicking the "Link Tickets" link under the "My Disneyland" menu on the Disneyland Resort website. Or, you can link them using the Disneyland app. Then, the next step would be to
make theme park reservations for the days you want to visit. With your Park Hopper tickets, you will make a reservation for the park you want to start at each day and then at 1:00 p.m., you can hop to the other park.
If the expiration date of your particular tickets wasn't extended, no worries! You can always apply the cost you paid for your unused ticket to a new ticket at an equal or greater value.
I hope this helps! Happy planning!
