I have purchased a 3 day park hopper pass but we have decided to go into the park (Disneyland) the day we arrive in Anaheim. What's the best way to add a 4th day? Should I just purchase a single day ticket or can I add a day to my current pass?

Welcome to planDisney, Christine! We love helping Guests plan their upcoming visits, so let's get your ticket questions answered!

I am excited to hear you want to fit in a little more magic by heading into the parks on your arrival day. Since you have multi-day park hopper tickets, adding a day onto your existing tickets is going to be the most cost-effective option versus purchasing a one-day ticket. Some tickets can be changed through the Disneyland website. To see if you can upgrade your ticket, head to the Disneyland website and hover over "My Disneyland". Then, click on "Change Your Theme Park Tickets". This will take you to a page that will show you if any of your linked tickets are eligible to be upgraded online. If your tickets are not eligible, I recommend calling Ticket Services to see if a Cast Member can assist you in upgrading your tickets to add a day.

There will be lots to explore and take in during your visit during the holidays! My family loves taking a day to enjoy Festival of Holidays at California Adventure. Be sure to check the Disney Parks Blog as you get closer to your visit. This will be the place to see all the latest announcements and experiences happening over the holidays. This is also where you will find the Disney Eats Foodie Guide. I always look forward to making a list of all my must-try limited-time offerings!

Christine, I hope you have the merriest time at The Happiest Place on Earth. We are here if you have any other questions along the way!

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
