Hey Maria!
Welcome to planDisney!
You brought your question at just the right time! We are on the brink of
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort and it’s the perfect time to plan a visit. All the Magic begins November 12th and goes through January 9, 2022. Santa Claus is dusting off his boots and getting ready for this holiday season so make sure you stop by the
Redwood Creek Challenge Trail where you can pay him a visit and let him know how good you’ve been this year!
At this time, the Disneyland Resort does not offer refunds on active or expired tickets. Depending on when you purchased your ticket, it may have an extension. Most tickets that were purchased right before the closures and expired at the end of 2020 or early 2021 have been
extended through December 16, 2021. You’ll need to re-link your ticket to your Disney Account and make a theme park reservation. Any issues with re-linking your ticket will need to be addressed by
Ticket Services. If your ticket expires before you can use it, you can take it to one of the ticket booths and you will receive the value paid towards the purchase of a new ticket.
Well Maria, let us know if you have any other questions!
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
