I purchased a 5-day Park Hopper Military Salute ticket. Can we add on additional days to the parks without having to buy a normal full ticketed price at the gate? Or is there a discount?

    Welcome BACK, Jamie!

Mine is a Military Family too, and I love so much the way Disney shows their thanks to the troops by way of specially priced theme park tickets and resort hotel rates. Bonus Tip: There's a U.S. Military rate for Disney's Memory Maker! For the rest of 2018, the 'Starts Immediately' version is $98, which includes tax. Ask for more info when you're activating your theme park tickets at Guest Relations.

I also asked about adding a few days to my own U.S. Military Promotional Tickets in March, because who doesn't want to spend as much time as they can at Walt Disney World Resort? Sadly, additional theme park days cannot be added to these tickets. However, there are a few ways to maximize your fun:

~New this year, these 4 and 5-day theme park tickets both include Park Hoppers. BUT, for $20 more per ticket there is a 'Park Hopper Plus' version where each ticket holder gets four or five days in a theme park AND *four or five visits to Disney's two water parks and mini golf courses. You could spend five days in a theme park and up to five days in the water parks. (*Number of bonus visits depends on number of theme park days purchased.) Ask about upgrading your tickets to the plus option when validating your tickets at Guest Relations.

~Individual single day tickets do have a Military discount that you can buy at the gate. (Or at Shades of Green!)

~Get tickets to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and skip going to the parks that day. Sleep in, rest up, play in the pool, visit Disney Springs, or check out other Disney Resort Hotels. This late night event is less crowded than a regular park day which means you can do more fun things in a shorter amount of time!

I hope this helped, Jamie, and We'll See You Real Soon!
