ticket expiration dates have changed. It was recommended to link your tickets to your
Disney account to see the new expiration date, but it does sound like you are having difficulties with that too.
The good news is, you don’t have to purchase a
theme park reservation. Once your tickets are properly linked, you will be able to schedule your reservation! I’m sure you and your family are so eager to
Return to a Land of Magic so I do recommend giving the
Ticket Services line a call. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help assist you with your existing tickets, especially since the expiration dates are different. Please be patient, as wait times have increased, due to the very much anticipated reopening of The Happiest Place on Earth, which is totally worth the wait!
