Hello, I have purchased 3 x 2 day park admissions for my son and my wife for September. I cannot link them to my Disney app. I have tried adding the number to my app and even taking picture but its not working. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

A great, big, beautiful, welcome to planDisney, J! I'm so happy you stopped by with your question and it'll be my pleasure to help, today.

I'm glad to hear that you've already secured your ticket purchase and made your theme park reservations for your upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort this Fall. Those are two essential steps to being ready to enjoy the theme parks during your trip.  If you were already logged in to your MyDisney account at the time of your ticket purchase, the tickets are likely already linked to your account. However, as you indicated, you may need to link them within the official Disneyland mobile app in order to be able to scan them at the turnstiles for theme park entry.

Now, J, I should mention that Guests visiting Disneyland Resort from outside the United States may find that their Disneyland mobile app may not have full functionality until they arrive stateside. This could be the error that you may be receiving when you attempt to enter the ticket ID number or use the camera to scan the barcode. I'm sorry about that, but I do have a few tips for you to try when you arrive at Disneyland Resort. First, you can make sure that you've downloaded the latest software update and app version on your mobile device and log in using your MyDisney account credentials. Again, my recommendation is to wait until you arrive in the United States with the hope that this limits any technical issues. Then, once you're successfully logged in, you can locate any currently linked tickets in the "My Tickets & Passes" section, or you can link them yourself by tapping the '☰' symbol and then scrolling down to "Link to Account." From there, you can enter the ticket ID number manually, or use the mobile device camera to scan any barcode or QR code you might have received in your email confirmation at the time of your ticket purchase.

J, I sure hope this has been some helpful guidance for you. If we can help answer any other questions that come up while you're planning your upcoming vacation, I hope you'll feel welcome to reach out to planDisney again soon. In the meantime, I'm wishing you the most spectacular trip imaginable. Magic is just around the corner!
