I purchased a 3-day park admission for someone and they can't go. Can I reassign the passes to someone else?

    Hi Jeff!

I love helping my fellow Floridians with their questions! Yes, you can reassign an unused ticket to someone on your Family & Friends List on your My Disney Experience Account.  In order to do this, visit the My Reservations section of My Disney Experience, locate the ticket you wish to reassign and select the “Reassign Ticket” link to the right of the ticket. To use tickets for theme park entry, the person receiving the reassigned ticket must have an active MagicBand or card. Otherwise, they would have to visit any theme park ticket window or Guest Relations location when they arrive at Walt Disney World Resort.

Also, please be aware that if the ticket you want to reassign is a Florida Resident Discount Ticket, the adult may be asked to provide proof of Florida Residency in order to utilize the ticket.

Did you know? As a Florida Resident you have many special offers available to you! For more information, please visit this page: Florida Resident Special Offers.

Hope this helps Jeff! It has been a pleasure assisting you. Please feel free to send me any other questions you may have!

Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
