I have purchased 7-day no expiration tickets from an authorized reseller and have not used them yet. If I want to change them to 10-days and/or add another feature, do I still have the opportunity to do that at the parks? How long do I have that option?

Hi Michelle,

As long as your tickets are not comp tickets or Pre-Magic Your Way Tickets, you should be able to upgrade them according to these guidelines:

Magic Your Way Tickets may only be upgraded in person when entitlements remain and within 14 days from the date of first use.

Pre-Magic Your Way Tickets are not upgradable. If the ticket does not have an expiration date, then the ticket remains valid until the existing entitlements are used.
