We purchased 4 day military passes months ago. Finally able to plan a December trip - do I have to wait until we arrive at will call to link the passes to my Disney account and make park reservations?

    Hello,

Welcome to planDisney, Jamie! Thank you for stopping by with this question about your tickets. I'm glad you were finally able to plan this long awaited trip for this December. Planning ahead of time is so important to make sure you can relax while you are visiting.

I would like to thank you, and your family for your service and sacrifice to our nation. We are grateful for you protecting our borders and our way of life. Now that you have some time off to enjoy these tickets you have purchased, we can help get them onto your My Disney Experience App (MDE.) When you made the purchase of these military tickets you should have gotten either a physical ticket, or an email with ID number for each ticket. You will be able to link these to yourself, and the people in your party. Once that is done you will be able to make reservations for the dates you would like to visit. If you open up your MDE and tap on the three stacked horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. From there you will want to tap on the "My Tickets & Passes" option. That will open up to a screen where you will find a blue + symbol in the top right corner, once you tap on that a drop down will show "Link Ticket & Passes." This is where you will be asked to link the ID number or scan the barcode. Once you have done this you will be able to make reservations for your visit. If you have issues please call for assistance by phone to get help linking these.

If you plan on visiting EPCOT during this stay you should check out the International Festival of the Holidays. This is the last festival of the year and will be sending off 2025 in style. There will be holiday decor all over the park, and Holidays Kitchens serving up treasured recipes from each country. You will also be able to locate storytellers in 9 different countries sharing stories on how they celebrate the holidays.

I hope this information is helpful linking those tickets to your account so you can get this planning started. Visit us again anytime at planDisney.

    See ya real soon,

    Jeremy A.
