Hi Noelle!
It sounds like you have recently returned from a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation and I hope you had an incredible trip! I always get a little bit sad when we get home from vacation, but that just means it's time to start dreaming about our next visit.
I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your photos in your
Disney PhotoPass account! Per the
Disney PhotoPass Expiration Policy, if you visited Walt Disney World Resort with standard theme park tickets, then your Disney PhotoPass pictures will be in your account and available for download using your
Memory Maker entitlement for 45 days after the day your photos were captured. After that, you have the option to purchase a one-time 15-day extension, allowing your pictures to be in your account and available for download for 60 days from the capture date. You can purchase a Photo Extension from the
Photo Products page of your Disney PhotoPass account. Unfortunately, I'm unable to see when you enjoyed your trip, but it sounds like your photos may be expired and you need to purchase an extension to download them.
If you are still within your 45-day window, and you are still unable to locate your pictures, then I recommend that you either use the
online reporting tool to report your missing photos or contact the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team at (407) 560-4300 for additional assistance!
Noelle, feel free to come back to see us if you have additional questions. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
