I just purchased a 4 day magic ticket and while I know it’s good for 1 park per day, I’m wondering if you’re able to leave the park to go back to the hotel and then return to the same park later in the day?

Welcome to planDisney, Stephanie! I'm so glad to be able to answer your question today. I'm pleased to hear that you just got a 4-Day, 4-Park Magic Ticket. I think this ticket is the perfect way to explore all four Theme Parks at Walt Disney World Resort, and I'm happy to chat with you about exactly how it works.

Your admission grants you access to one of the four Theme Parks each day, and you are more than welcome to leave at any time and come back when you're ready. Taking a mid-day break is actually one of my favorite vacation strategies! You can leave the Theme Park at the hottest part of the day and go swim in your Resort Hotel pool, take a nice air-conditioned nap, and grab a bite to eat before returning in the evening when it has cooled down a bit. When I build in a break in the middle of the day, I'm able to take advantage of those early morning low wait times and still have enough energy to enjoy Happily Ever After or Fantasmic! at the end of the night. It's one of the best ways to squeeze in as much magic as possible during your trip!

I hope this answers your question, Stephanie, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation.
