Linda from OR Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We purchased 3 day hopper tickets for 5 people on Feb. 9 2020. The tickets were originally to expire on 1.12.21 but the date was extended to 12.16.21. We would like to receive another extension so we can visit summer of 2022. Can you make this happen?

    Greetings Linda!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for dropping by with your question!

So far, the Disneyland Resort has announced expiration date extensions for non-promotional single day tickets that expire on March 31, 2021 and wholly unused, non-promotional multi-day tickets that expire on January 12, 2021 or April 13, 2021. These tickets will have the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021.

No announcements have been made regarding extending the ticket expiration date to 2022. But, if you're unable to visit before expiration, don't worry! According to eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. When you’re ready to visit, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and, ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.

If you have any additional questions regarding your tickets, please reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member would be happy to assist you further.

Thanks for stopping by! Please bring your future questions to us here at planDisney!
