Hiya Kaoru,
Welcome to planDisney; we are happy that you are here. Thank you for bringing your question to us! I always love when persistence pays off, and you can add something like an extra day to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation that you weren’t initially able to do. Most of my vacations are created from last-minute additions, and they are always magical surprises.
Let’s see if I can help walk you through adding May the 4th to your existing Theme Park ticket reservation through
My Disney Experience. Before we do so, please ensure that your current tickets are linked through your My Disney Experience account and that
Disney Park Pass availability for the Theme Park you wish to attend is available for the 4th. I would feel awful if you added on the extra Theme Park ticket and you discovered afterward there is no current availability at the Theme Parks. After you have done that, you can proceed with adding on an additional day.
1. Log on to your My Disney Experience account and select “My Plans” from the menu.
2. Locate your Theme Park tickets under “Tickets and Memory Maker.”
3. Next, you should see and select the option next to your Theme Park tickets to “Modify Ticket.”
4. You should then be able to add May 4th if there is still availability.
Immediately after securing the extra day, don’t forget to make the extra
Disney Park Pass Reservation! If you experience difficulties getting your Theme Park tickets modified Kaoru, please reach out to a Cast Member at 407-934-7639. They will be more than happy to help you change your existing reservation.
I am excited that you will soon be on Main Street, U.S.A. If there is anything else I can do to help you with your upcoming trip, come back and see me.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
