Hey, Sheila! Thanks so much for swinging by planDisney with your question. Visiting the Happiest Place on Earth is one of my very favorite things to do.
Let me walk you through the steps to confirm your theme park reservations:
1. Log in to your
Disneyland account 2. Go to “My Disneyland” and click on “Ticket and Reservation Details”
3. Go to “View My Park Reservations”
4. This is the page where you would see the reservations for each day listed separately
If you confirm above that you do not have reservations for the March 16, there are a few options:
1. If your schedule/travel plans allow it, see if another date is available within two weeks of March 15. Once you use a multi-day ticket, you must use the remaining days within 13 days.
2. You can cancel the current reservation you have on March 15 and look for two other days that will work for your plans.
Tickets purchased in 2022 typically will not expire until January 12, 2024, so there is time to use them.
3. Contact
Ticket Services via phone or the “Chat with Us” feature in the
Disneyland mobile app to see if there is anything they can do to change your ticket to a one-day ticket. There are no guarantees, but you could ask about your options. Also, you can confirm the expiration date of your tickets to determine how much time you have to use them.
I would continue checking the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar often. I have seen availability change within minutes as Guests change plans and release reservations. You might get lucky and find something for March 16. Just keep in mind that once you use the ticket on March 15, you must use the other day within the next 13 days. So, if that won’t be a possibility, it might be best to hold on to the tickets and make reservations in the future when you can use both days on your tickets.
Sheila, sending a sprinkle of pixie dust in hopes of March 16 becoming available. My fingers are crossed!
