Hello Joan!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We’re so glad you found us!
I’m so sorry to hear that your March 2020 vacation had to be cancelled. I was in the parks early March and it was all so abrupt. I hope you’ve been keeping safe and have been well during all of this.
It’s hard to say when your tickets will expire without actually seeing them. Most regular
Multi-Day tickets that were purchased directly from Disney at that time had an expiration of December 2021. You may have purchased them from a third party vendor or through a special promotion which would both vary in expiration.
Your ticket should have an expiration date on it so I would check that first. If it is a digital ticket or you already uploaded it to the
Disneyland Mobile App, I would check your confirmation email or the app. At this time, the
Disneyland Resort is not extending wholly unused Multi-Day tickets and they will expire on their respective expiration date. A lot of the time, the value paid for a ticket can be applied to a new ticket after it has expired and you would just need to pay any difference in price that may be applicable at the time. I would highly recommend you call
Ticket Member Services to see what your options are and to help identify the expiration date of your ticket.
Well Joan, I hope you found this information useful and hopefully you are able to plan a new vacation to the Happiest Place on Earth very soon.
Remember, always believe in the Magic!
