Howdy Diana!
Welcome to
planDisney. It looks like we have a Code 2319, but don’t worry, we won’t have to call in the Monsters Inc emergency unit to solve our problem. Let’s see what we can do in order to get you on your way to enjoying
The Most Magical Place on Earth.
Alrighty, so you purchased 4-day park hopper passes, and when you try to link them in your My Disney Experience app, you are getting a message to stop by guest services to show ID. I spoke with a cast member, who informed me that multiple Disney Theme Park Ticket types require proof of residency or identification to be activated. All you need to do is stop by Guest Relations and speak with a friendly cast member; they will get you all fixed up. You can find Guest Relations Windows near the entrance at each theme park. In my experience, a cast member can help expedite this quickly, so you don’t have to miss out on park time. You can also stop by Guest Relations at the Disney Springs Welcome Center.
One last thing I would love to share with you is not to miss out on the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. Here you will find magic in bloom at a festival full of flowers, flavor, and fun. Our family loves walking around and seeing all of the gorgeous Disney character topiaries. If music is your jam, then you will have to check out the Garden Rocks Concert Series at the American Gardens Theater. Oh, and you will absolutely have to stop by the Outdoor Kitchens to try some of the delicious food and treats.
Diana, I hope you and your party have a magical vacation. If you have any further questions, please drop back by, and a fellow panelist or I will be happy to assist you.
See ya real soon,
Robert
