    I purchased 4 3day hopper passes for Disneyland through my AAA. I had to cancel my reservations due to a family matter. Will I get a refund?

    I’m sorry to hear that your travel plans to the Disneyland Resort had changed due to a family matter. If you need to postpone your vacation, you can actually book your park reservation for later dates before your ticket expires. Your tickets remain valid even if you have to cancel your theme park reservations. Right now, theme park reservations are open for booking up to 120 days in advance. 

    Unfortunately, Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable. If you wish, you may contact Disneyland Resort Ticket Service at (714) 781-4636 and speak directly with a friendly Cast Member who can better assist you.
