Hi, I purchased 4 2-day Hopper passes, but when I click on 'Access Your eTickets', only 3 are showing. I paid for all 4, so wondering how I can get the other one?

Hi Marina, and welcome to planDisney!

With just a few days left until your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth, I hope you are all packed and ready for some Disney fun! Speaking of packing, it has been very sunny and warm in Southern California, so make sure to bring some sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for protection from the sun.

If you purchased four tickets, but when you view your e-tickets, you notice one is missing, my first recommendation is to view your payment receipt to double-check that you were charged for the correct amount of tickets. If not, you will need to purchase an additional ticket, if a reservation is still available. If you were billed and charged for the right number of tickets, I highly recommend you speak to a Cast Member over the phone to correct the issue with your e-tickets.

Best of luck in resolving your tickets. And I wish you and your party have a magical trip to Disneyland Resort full of yummy popcorn, delicious churros, and of course, DOLE whip!

    Until next time,
    Lola
