Shieann from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I purchased the 3-day Florida resident ticket. A 2-day Florida resident ticket was released after I purchased our tickets. Can I exchange our 3day ticket for a 2 day ticket?

Hiya, Shieann! Welcome to planDisney. My friends and I are thrilled to have you, and we're here to help you get the most out of your magical Disney vacation!

How exciting! It looks like you will be joining us here at the Walt Disney World Resort in only a matter of days. I would go on and on about how you should take advantage of the Orlando weather while on vacation, but as a Florida resident, you're well aware of how amazing it is year-round.

Shieann, even though I would love to tell you otherwise, theme park tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable at this time, which also means that it is not currently possible to downgrade from a three-day theme park ticket to a two-day theme park ticket. That being said, you could always speak with a friendly Cast Member at (407) 939-1289 to see if they can work something out with you.

However, Shieann, getting to experience the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort for three days instead of two sounds like a dream come true to me! Just imagine all the possibilities. In two days, you would have had to squeeze in all your favorite attractions and experiences into a very tight schedule. In three days, on the other hand, you will have more time to take in all the sights, sounds, and smells that make this the Most Magical Place on Earth. Every second spent at the Walt Disney World Resort is undoubtedly magical, but more time at the theme parks is always welcome... at least in my opinion!

I truly hope you enjoy your magical Disney vacation, Shieann. Have fun, and be safe!

    Have a magical day,
