    I purchased a 3 day Florida resident pass seperatly from my All-Star Music hotel reservation. Can Guest Services at All-Star Music redeem my reciept for the tickets or do I have to go to Will Call at one of the parks?

    Hello and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms panel!

    Disney's All-Star Music Resort is such a fun resort for everyone, but especially for those music enthusiasts.  My middle teenager loves this resort and is thrilled when he hears that a Walt Disney World Resort vacation has been booked and All-Star Music is our home for those few MAGICAL days.

    In my past experiences, you will still need to report to the ticket counters at any of the four WDW Theme Parks to exchange your receipt for tickets.  However, it never hurts to ask upon check-in if they can exchange your receipt.  Disney goes through changes daily and you never know if it will be your lucky day!

    Diane's Tip of the Day:  Your resort offers Movies Under the Stars, so be sure to ask your Cast Member upon check-in for the movie schedule.

    Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON!"
