Hello Caoimhe,
As the current
UK planDisney Panelist, it really is my pixie-dusted pleasure to welcome you here today. I truly love having the opportunity of helping a Guest who like me, also visits Mickey and Minnie Mouse from across the pond!
Caoimhe, it's bibbidi-bobbidi-beautiful to hEAR that you've already gone ahead and purchased your
14-day Magic Tickets from the Walt Disney Travel Company for your upcoming April holiday to Walt Disney World Resort. You're off to such a great start to your jolly holiday planning!
When purchasing
Magic Tickets from the
Walt Disney Travel Company, Guests do indeed receive an email confirmation of their ticket purchases. After which, a 2nd email containing a PDF Will-Call ticket confirmation voucher should also arrive; bearing in mind, that this 2nd email can take up to 48 hours to appEAR in your email inbox!
Within this PDF Will-Call voucher, on the top right-hand side, there will be a barcode with a number printed below; it's this number that Guests need to link tickets to their
My Disney Experience account.
Hopefully, with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust you'll soon have linked your 14-day Magic Ticket to your My Disney Experience account, which will then enable you to make those all-important
Disney Park Pass reservations for your holiday this April.
If by chance, you're still experiencing any difficulties at all, it's always possible to speak in person with a helpful Cast Member who will be able to access your My Disney Experience account on your behalf.
To connect with a Cast Member, please dial the UK/IE freephone number for
Technical and Website Support contained within this handy
Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.
Caoimhe, I hope that I've been able to provide some valuable insight for you today. If you should have any further questions at all about your upcoming April holibobs to the most magical place on earth, then please do drop back to me here at planDisney.
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
