Ahoy, Patricia!
You've planned my very favorite vacation of all - a Disney Land and Sea adventure! My family has a similar trip planned next month, and we can't
wait. In my opinion, there's nothing better than combining a trip to the Disney parks with a voyage on the high seas with Captain Mickey! From sand castles to Cinderella Castle, you're in for a magical experience.
Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney World both have wonderful photography services, but unfortunately you won't be able to link the two. Onboard the ship, you'll have tons of awesome photo ops, with fun backgrounds and Character Meet-and-Greets. There are even photographers available on Disney's private island, Castaway Cay! We always make sure to get a formal family photo on dress-up night, when we're all spiffed up and looking our best. (Sometimes those moments are few and far-between!) There are several photo packages available - you can even make a photo book with all of your cruise memories while on the ship! You can find more about Disney Cruise Line photography services
here, as well as a link to pre-order photo packages.
When you get to the parks, you'll be able to take advantage of Disney's new Memory Maker. With Memory Maker, you'll receive all of the photos of your traveling party taken by PhotoPass photographers throughout the parks. You'll even get your ride photos, so make sure to smile (in between screams!) when you plummet down Splash Mountain - the photo is yours to keep. You can find more information about Memory Maker
here, and if you order in advance, you can save $50!
I hope you have a magical "surf-and-turf" vacation, and make memories to last a lifetime.
Bon Voyage! - Diane W.
