Alicia from AB Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I purchased 5 day Canadian resident tickets for specific dates in February. I can't link one of the tickets to my account. I read that I can go to a kiosk but worried about park reservations. I read of some changes, and was wondering if its in effect?

Why hello there Alicia and wishing you a warm Canadian welcome to planDisney!

With the icy weather in Alberta at this time of year, I bet you're all looking forward to making your way down to the warmer weather of Orlando - even in the middle of February! It was so great to see the return of Special Offers, Deals & Discounts aimed at Canadians this year and so many fellow Canucks definitely jumped on the opportunity to Save 20% on 5-Day or Longer Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets!

You'll be happy to hear that the theme park tickets purchased through this current offer are date-based tickets, and recently the Theme Park Reservations policy was updated in 2024 to state that: "Theme park reservations are no longer required for date-based tickets". This may give you some additional peace of mind before you head out to a Guest Relations window outside each of the theme parks or even at the Disney Springs Welcome Center to have this taken care on before you even head out to the theme parks!

I've also had some success using the Chat function on the Walt Disney World Resort website to reach a Cast Member trained to walk you through the process of linking the tickets, or who may be able to help you with it on their end. I also highly recommend making sure that you have the My Disney Experience App downloaded so that you'll be able to use it throughout your stay here in Orlando and attempt to link your tickets through it as well!

In the meantime, be sure to stop by the Disney Parks Blog where we write our tips and advice to help you out with your trip this month, as well as some of the latest and greatest updates about what you can expect when you get here! I highly recommend seeking out some of the greatest food offerings that you might find all year crafted and curated by Disney chefs; Cooking with Soul at Walt Disney World Resort celebrates Black heritage and cuisine so it's great to check out the Disney Eats Foodie Guide for this month ahead of your Disney adventures!

Here's to Five days of all the February fun you'll have here in Florida!
