Hi! I purchased a 6 Day base ticket not realizing I couldn’t use it at a water park. How do I change one of my days to a water park ticket? Can they do this at the will call window when I arrive to pick up my tickets?

    Hi Jacquelyn,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

I consider the Walt Disney World Water Parks the hidden gems of any Disney Parks vacation. There’s something just so freeing about being able to splash the day away, without a care in the world. From what I understand, once you purchase a Theme Park Ticket, you can’t typically subtract admission days from your ticket; you can only add them or add entitlements. This includes add-ons such as the Park Hopper Plus Option, which gives you a certain number of Water Park and other “additional” entitlements based on the number of Theme Park days associated with your ticket. I’d recommend pricing out the difference between adding on a Single Day Water Park Ticket versus adding the Park Hopper Plus Option to your existing tickets – you might actually come out ahead with the “Plus” option.

If you really want to try to reduce the number of days associated with your existing Theme Park Tickets, your best bet would be to contact Walt Disney World Resort by phone in order to see what your options are. You can also visit Guest Relations at any Theme Park or Disney Springs when you arrive, if you’d prefer to discuss your options in person.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
