    We have purchased Christmas Party tickets for 12/4, the rep on the phone said those would reflect on our MDE account the next day but have not…will they appear there? We purchased 2.

    Welcome to planDisney! Okay, the holiday season may not be here just yet, but purchasing a ticket to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party certainly makes it feel like Christmas morning! This event is sure to create lifelong memories for you and your entire travel party. Holiday Character Greetings, festively decked-out attractions, and Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade are just a few of the highlights you have to look forward to on your visit. You may even see a little snow on Main Street U.S.A..

    Brad, I am so sorry to hear that your tickets are not showing in your My Disney Experience account yet. The tickets traditionally appear like magic in your account within 24 hours. If a full day has passed and you still don't see your holiday purchase, you can link the tickets to your account with the ticket ID number. When you purchase Very Merry tickets, you should receive a confirmation email. This email will contain details about your purchase including dates and ticket ID numbers that will be located beneath the barcode in the email. You can link your tickets by logging on to your My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website. Choose the My Plans option from the drop-down menu, and select the blue Park Tickets icon. Click on the Link Tickets option to add your Very Merry ticket in just a few moments. You can also add your ticket through the My Disney Experience mobile app. Choose the Tickets and Passes tile and click on the + located at the top of the screen. This will provide the option to Link Tickets & Passes

    Brad, if for any reason you did not receive a confirmation email with the ticket ID numbers, my first suggestion is to check your Spam/Junk Mailbox. Sometimes the magic can get a little lost along the way and end up in the wrong spot. Still no email? I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member to acquire the ticket information.
