Greetings Wendy!
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for bringing a question to us!
I’m sorry to hear that like so many families, your
Disneyland Resort vacation plans were interrupted. But I am delighted to hear that you plan to share the magic of the Disneyland Resort with your grandson!
According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. When you’re ready to visit with your grandson, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and, ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible Child's ticket amount towards a new Adult ticket purchase. I believe you should still be able to use the ticket you currently have to make a
Theme Park Reservation. If you have any additional questions or require further assistance, please reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there would be happy to assist you further.
And, please come back and see us if you think of any more questions!
