I purchased children's tickets instead of adult tickets (total of 9) How can I change them?

    Hello, Patrick.

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your question for us.

How delightful that your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is "just around the river bend" in about two weeks! I bet you’re happily counting down the number of sleeps before you stroll down Main Street, U.S.A.!

Patrick, I’m assuming you’ve already made theme park reservations for a specific date. Since park reservations can run out, I recommend keeping your current tickets and reservations as they are. When you arrive at the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance, head to one of the ticket booths to upgrade the children’s tickets that you accidentally purchased and pay the difference for adult tickets. A friendly Cast Member will gladly provide assistance to you and help you with switching to adult tickets instead, without relinquishing the park reservations you’ve already made. Soon, you’ll be all set and ready to experience the Disney magic!

If you have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to visit us on planDisney again, Patrick. We’re all EARS!

    See ya real soon,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
