I purchased a children’s ticket for Jan 10th and it needed to be an adult ticket. What do I do?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Tammy!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are so excited to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! Thank YOU for allowing us to be a part of your PLANNING TEAM! We are honored to serve YOU!

I am so sorry you purchased the wrong Disneyland Theme Park Ticket for your upcoming trip in January. I want to let you know that the only way you can change or upgrade your theme park ticket is by visiting one of the Disneyland Theme Park Ticket Booths in person. Unfortunately, you are not able to change your ticket over the phone or in your My Disneyland Account. When you do change your ticket, please keep in mind that you will be required to make a new Disneyland Theme Park Reservation. I also checked the Disneyland Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar, and I am very excited to share with you that your January date is still open for reservation availability. The great thing is that you will be able to easily make a reservation through your Disneyland Mobile App.

As you know, exciting announcements are being made all of the time at the Disneyland Resort, and we don't want you to miss a THING! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and make sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information.

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
