Greetings, and welcome to
planDisney, Kendra, we thank you for your question!
Kendra, I apologize that your plans to visit the
Disneyland Resort were impacted by Covid-19. Your child's
Disneyland Resort theme park ticket which is unused may be put toward the purchase of a new theme park ticket (subject to change). I recommend
contacting Disneyland Resort - Tickets for assistance. As soon as you have purchased the new ticket(s) please proceed to link the ticket(s) to your
Disney account online via
My Disneyland planning area to store and subsequently manage the theme park ticket for a future visit. You are also welcome to link the new ticket(s) to your
Disneyland Mobile App by accessing
Tickets and Reservations on your
Welcome page by selecting the three stacked lines on the
Home Page - you will be able to either enter the theme park ticket(s) ID numbers manually or scan the barcode by using the Disneyland Mobile App.
As soon as you have some dates in mind, please make your
Disneyland Resort - Theme Park Reservations using the valid ticket(s) for each day of valid theme park admission as this is the process of visiting the theme parks at this time.
Tips:Take a look at the current
Disneyland Resort special offers to consider staying on property for greater convenience.
Upon entry into a Disneyland Resort theme park, using the Disneyland Mobile App consider opting into using the
Disney Genie+ service to save time waiting in lines for attractions that offer the Lightning Lane entrances - plus, you'll enjoy unlimited digital downloads of
Disney PhotoPass attraction photos including Magic Shots from your day!
Kendra, it was my honour and great pleasure assisting a fellow Canadian Disney fan, I hope that you consider visiting the Disneyland Resort soon, thank you kindly!
Jacqueline
