We purchased the Canadian resident tickets. I was planning to pick them up at Disney Springs before our first park, but can I pick up all of our family members tickets if I bring their passports as proof of residency or do they need to be present?

    Hi Melissa,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

It’s a really great idea to pick up your Theme Park Tickets at Guest Relations at Disney Springs prior to visiting your first Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park. Even though it only takes a few minutes, every second counts when you’re dying to get to your first attraction!

From what I understand and based on my experience, in order to pick up any Theme Park Tickets purchased with the Special Offer for Canadian residents, all of your family members will need to be present and show their own proof of identification in order to activate their Tickets. In order to avoid wasting any time, I highly recommend keeping your entire party in the same vicinity while you’re waiting at Disney Springs. The good news is that there are some stores and other things to see relatively close to Guest Relations, so they shouldn’t get too antsy while you wait to speak to a Cast Member.

I hope my answer helps you plan a wonderful start to your vacation. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,
    Lynne
