Purchased Canadian Resident tickets and plan to go to Disney Springs the day before our first park day to show our passports and activate our tickets. My question is, can I do this for my mom's ticket as well if I have a photocopy of her passport?

Greetings Kathy! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question; I'd be happy to assist.

How exciting that your Walt Disney World adventure is here! Let the magic begin! I wish you warm days and sunshine after your journey from Canada. Since you will be taking advantage of one of the special ticket offers available to Canadian residents, you are correct that you are required to show proof of residency to redeem your exchange vouchers at a theme park Guest Relations or Disney Springs location.

While all members of your party need to be present to produce identification and redeem individual exchange vouchers, if you bring mother's passport and MagicBand to the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, it is possible that a Cast Member there may be able to accommodate you. To ensure a smooth pick up, you should plan to have your mother redeem her own ticket before entering a theme park.

Kathy, I hope you have a fantastic vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth and enjoy all of the latest offerings. Have you heard about the brand new attraction at Disney's Hollywood Studios? Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway just recently debuted here as the first theme park attraction to feature the main mouse himself. I have heard it's a whole lot of zany cartoon fun!

    Wishing you magic and memories,
    Betsy
