I purchased the Canadian Resident tickets in January 2020 and they have disappeared from the app. The tickets have not reappeared and I can't add them using the original confirmation code and it said "please add a valid ticket".

    Hi Joelle,

Let's start with the good and happy news about your question! The Disneyland Resort did extend the expiration dates for a few different tickets types. I'm happy to share that the 2020 Canada Resident Ticket is one of those ticket types with an extended expiration date.

If you jump to the "Modifications and Cancellations" section of the Theme Park Tickets & Reservations page, you can check out the details. The new expiration date for the promotional 2020 Canada Resident Ticket is December 16, 2021. The ticket will be valid for 13 days after you first use it, or until December 16, 2021, whichever happens first.

When I hear Guests mention that their theme park tickets are no longer displaying in their account, my first suggestion is to try to re-link those tickets. It sounds, however, that you have already taken a try to link your tickets.

My next best suggestion is to give a call to the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636. You might find that the wait times for calling are longer than typical, so I encourage you to hold on to talk with a Cast Member to help you with your tickets.

When I call for assistance myself, I find I while away the time checking out the Disney Parks Blog to stay up to date on all the cool and exciting news.

Joelle, I'm hopeful you can get your tickets all set and make all your theme park reservations so you can enjoy all the magic of the Disneyland Resort.

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
