Since you have already purchased your Theme Park Tickets and have tried linking them to your account, I suggest calling
Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will be able to assist with your Theme Park Tickets. Being from Canada, I appreciate how expensive the call may be and since you have a few months prior to your arrival, if the wait time for calling is longer than you would like, just try again later. You do have some time, as Theme Park Reservations for your date have not yet been released.
Also, please keep in mind that guests are now required to have both a valid Theme Park Ticket as well as a
Theme Park Reservation for every day you wish to enter a Theme Park. Keep an eye on the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar as reservations will be released on a rolling basis and you don't want to miss out!
